Shipping Policy – JYNZ

• Domestic Shipping (India):
  Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• International Shipping:
  Orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business daysfrom the date of dispatch.

• Order Processing:
  All orders are processed and handed over to the courier/postal authorities within 3-4 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines are subject to courier/postal service norms. JYNZ is not liable for any delay caused by the courier or postal authorities.

• Returns & Refunds:
  If a customer chooses to return a product, the refund will be credited to their bank account as follows:

  • Domestic Orders: within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • International Orders: within 10–12 business days of receiving the returned product.

• Delivery Address:
  Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout. Confirmation of order and delivery details will be sent to the buyer’s registered email ID.
