REFUND, RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
GENERAL TERMS

We do provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as specifically stated below.

Unboxing video is mandatory (from start to end) to claim any issue related to damage, missing items, or defects.

Request should be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hour of placing the order or before shipping (whichever is earlier).

Cancellation requests after shipping will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers can request a replacement/refund .

The unboxing video must clearly show the packaging and product condition to validate a replacement/refund claim.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
SIZE REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGES.
- Before placing the ORDER every customer should check the sizes and measurements. Every sizes are measured in inches
- This sizes will be APPEARED ONLY WHEN A SIZE IS SELECTED ( example: size 28 is selected – measurements will be appeared under the size. ).
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for size-related issues, Customers are requested to carefully check all size details before making a purchase. We cannot accept responsibility if the wrong size is selected without reviewing the provided size chart or product description.
- If a request for refund, exchange, or cancellation is made for a size-related reason, a processing fee will be charged.
